i got a list of a few anime. i was wondering if anyone has heard anything about any of them coming to R1. or if they have been licenced/planning to be licenced. or even if they know that people are charging to much for the rights so it's not comming. any info would be great.

Code geass, tengen toppa gurren lagann and kanon have all been licensed. Claymore should be picked up at some point if it hasn't already as its the kind of show that would sell well overseas.

Code Geass, Kanon (2006), Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Ouran High School Host Club, and Lucky Star have been licensed.

I beileve Byousoku 5 Centimeter and Seirei no Moribito have all been licensed.

Byousoku 5 Centimeter - Liscenced by ADV

Seirei no Moribito was apparently liscenced by Geneon, but we all know how that went down.

Eyeshield 21 is apparently streaming on Toonami Jetstream, but as for an R1 release, I have no idea.

I wish they would liscence Hunter x Hunter, but I'm pretty sure some of us have been waiting a while, and will continue waiting.

I'm also expecting someone to jump at Claymore fairly soon.

Kanon is on by ADV. No other news besides the announcement is out yet except the casting of three of the main girls.

*STILL wants to know where the Boku conversation is going to go.*

It already aired actually, Magic Man's voice sounds like a gay clown though. He is voiced by David Moo. Chuck has a really manly rough voice which is cool on a pretty boy.
The rap OP is very cool at least.

Supposedly, Geneon USA registered a Maria-sama web domain, which would suggest they were at least thinking about licencing it. With them closing their doors, I don't know if anyone else would touch it. Too bad.
