Neat chapter.

Honestly, this chapter disappointed me greatly. I was expecting something a lot better, IMO; the Syazel fight seems to be turning out cooler at this point. Tch. Something tells me Ichigo has to finish off Nnoitora, and then SOMEBODY (Chad, Grimmjow, Ichigo?) will kill the Fraccion guy off and let Inoue heal everyone in the usual shounen manner or something like that.

I knew this would happen. Have a girl kick ***, and then she needs to be saved by a man. I supposed the thought of Ichigo being saved by a woman with obvious power would be absurd.

This is manga we're talking about, not English literature. There's a reason the archetypes are in place.

Ugh... I was starting to like the recent chapters without Ichigo fighting. Neliel was awesome and her Zanpakuto release rocks and even Peshe and DondoChakka rocked but its gonna be another Ichigo saves the day...

That doesn't make any sense, just because its manga it has to follow the stereotypes? I just hate it when they pump up a fight that we all want to see, only to blow it over in less than a chapter so the main character can beat them up (even if they lost against said person minutes before). I was really pumped to see Nell fight, but now I'm just disappointed.

If the formula works, why bother messing with it? If you don't like it, you don't have to read it. The prevailing attitude in the Japanese fandom is that the manga is enjoyable and the sales and ratings reflect it. Just because you'd like to see something happen doesn't mean it's appropriate for the story.

Videl has a point though. One of the coolest things about Bleach is that the female characters(with the exception of Orihime) arent' afraid to kick arse. Rukia started out to be a cool character, then she had to get rescued. Orihime currently has to get rescued. And now, the only Arrancar ally of the Scoobies loses her nerve.

They running out of people to rescue: Ishida and Chad can more than handle themselves. Which female will they rescue next?

I understand that. I understand Ichigo's the hero of the series. I still enjoy the series and its characters.

But the only really good female fight I've seen so far..or in this case read, was SoiFon and Yoriuchi going at it.

Even the Bounts had that other woman (Not Yoshino) that nearly beat the hell out of Ishida...until he defeated her...

I like Bleach, I'm not saying its bad, I'm just saying that its annoying how artists always end up conforming to keep their fans. I mean, cmon, Ichigo is the main character yes, but I was really expecting a cool lengthy fight like Ishida, Ichigo, Chad, Renji and Grim had. Once we get a stong chick in the game, we get only three real chapters with her, one a flashback, and then she needs to be saved by Ichigo. Yes; penus envy is an important thing, but cmon', its annoying when all we get is him, and nobody can have a chance to do some real damage. Bleach is enjoyable, but there are things about it that could have been done better.

How was Yoshi a guy? She had breasts and a female voice actor, I think that pretty much clinched it...

Nell's released form is GAAAAY, she rapes unreleased Nnoitora; meanwhile, Pesshe and Dondochakka (did I get that name right?) reveal they're much stronger than before and start ripping into Syazel, culminating with them beginning to use a new Cero they designed themselves; flip back to Nell and co. Nell, after deciding not to take Nnoitora's life, reverts to child form, everyone is shocked, Nnoitora once again has the upper hand. Honestly, this chapter disappointed me greatly.
