Minami-ke kind of does. In the first episode alone, Kana deadlegs a guy who sends her a love letter. I have a feeling she'll be performing more tsundere things as the series progresses.

and they are usually always loli characters. Oh and for fall Tsundere characters, Hayate is still ongoing so Nagi counts
