The vid has a specific scene with a girl with brown hair, sideburns down to her mouth, red earrings and red collar. There are pumps on each breast. The pumps are red and pop off simultaneously.

I think "Bondage Game" has something like this though not sure. They inject a woman's breasts with some serum, then each grows to the size of a VW Bettle. Then they hook up the suction machine and fill buckets, with each man drinking a few quarts each. Other than that, no guess.
