The devil is Balatack?
Also, I suggest Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann be entered in this. It's monstrous. |

God Gundam, because Gundam's have impenitrable plot armor, and face it, G-Gundam is a super robot show at heart.
I personally have to say Boss Borot wins, you can't kill it, just dismantle it. |

![]() Uhm, God Gundam is nothing compared to some of the other supers, and even if it had impenetrable armor, it's irrelevant since the Mobile Trace system means the pilots feel the pain of say, a broken arm that the MS endures. So imagine if Genesic GaoGaiGar used Goldion Crusher on it, or heck, if Getter Robo simply sliced an arm off with the Getter Tomahawk. Boss Borot...

Not just armor-- Plot armor
![]() I personally think out of the super robot shows i've seen, i'de go with Mazinkaiser. I threw out those two ideas because everyone else seemed to throwing out the same three names of the curently popular super robot shows. i figured there'd at least be refferance to more than Go Nagi series, Gunbuster, and Gurenlagen. I mean, where's the Dancougar, Gao Gai Gar, Giant Robo, Big O etc. it just didn't seem very creative you know? |

Well, plot armor can only carry so far. In Batman vs. Ideon, Batman will not win unless there's some major handicaps. =p
As for the common names in the thread, it's because they're the toughest supers there are right now, and in terms of actual strength, I'd say GGGG, Shin Getter, Ideon, and Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann are the strongest robots of all time right now, since they're phenomenally strong and capable of ridiculously powerful moves (universe-destroying included). Dancougar, Giant Robo, never watched them. But stuff like Big O has zero chance against a relatively planetary super, let alone the galaxy- or universe-based supers like the above.

I'll give Big O some style points, but even Big O's Final Stage wouldn't put a dent in something that can destroy the planet from orbit. Roger couldn't even hit something in orbit, much less destroy it.

You can't spell pimp without imp.

i just saw the end of the series. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann can whoop the crap out of everything. it deflected the force of a Big Bang. id like to see Ideon do that!

Fixed. Though Tomino stole the idea from Evangelion.

I was speaking hypothetically, but that works too, since it did indeed do it...
![]() But yeah, Kenpachi. TTGL is uber strong, but it isn't really comparable to the supers that have held the top tier for a while now. |

...EVAs of any kind are, again, pretty much outclassed by planet destroyers, let alone galaxy/universe destroyers.
