I have a freakin' ton of piano music from anime soundtracks. My favorite stuff is by Taro Iwashiro, who did some of the music for Kenshin, as well as Tokimeki Memorial's piano collection.

Van Halen (=VH=): -Jump -Dreams Queen: -Don't Stop Me Now -We Are the Champions -Bohemian Rhapsody Elton John: -Rocket Man -Pinball Wizard Sonata Arctica: -Fullmoon Nice pick with Cruel Angel's Thesis though, I played that as my mid-term project in my musical keyboarding class at school (my final was my own piano adaptation of Rage Against the Machine's "Guerilla Radio")

The mega man 2 theme
 Pretty much any music from the 16-bit (or earlier) video game era is a good choice. The Punch-out!! theme would work really well on piano. Synthesizers got a little more advanced in the 16-bit era, but you can still hammer out a good remix. TidusAuron12, do you still have links to your YouTube performances?
