Yes I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who watch anime "online" or on YouTube if we want to be more specific, though I prefer to actually download my anime if it's something fansubbed or watch it on DVD if it's something that's been licensed. I only watch anime on YouTube if it's just for the purpose of watching clips or previewing something to see if I would enjoy it. If I want to watch anime on my computer, I'd much rather be watching it at fullscreen and actually have downloaded the file rather than watching it on some small screen on YouTube in inferior quality.

I laugh at the QUALITY of online anime. Even the fansub QUALITY of Hunter X Hunter was enough to turn me off.

Not all fansubs are bad, but the older ones are pretty bad of course, though that's probably more a fault of the limitations of video compression years ago. I remember old fansubs of Love Hina, Excel Saga, and InuYasha and those were horrible quality. Not to mention it's free after all.

I don't watch anime online or on sites like Youtube. I like to lay down while I'm watching stuff rather than sitting near the computer. |

The only anime I watched on You Tube is Da Capo. Other than that, I prefer to sit in a comfortable position and watch my anime on DVD.

I prefer Stage 6 over YouTube. I just wish more people used it.
But yeah, I usually just download my fan subs. If I'm new to a series I might use Stage 6 or YouTube to see what I think of it. |

Stage 6 is quite possibly the best quality video website around. The Divx web plugin is really something else.
