It's an affront to the sensibilities of high-class anime watchers everywhere. Petticoats and burquas for the lot of them.

Seeing as how I'm a guy I sure don't mind seeing hot girls. I'm really not to crazy for bikini wear though.

As long as the woman in question is at least my age, although I prefer women in heels more often.

Strangely enough, I rarely ever see older women in bikinis; Faye Valentine, Urd, and Peorth are the only ones that come to mind instantly.

Yea, pretty much the same with me. Ok to have in a show, but nothing I go gaga over....especially if the show tries to revolve around skimpiness.

That's kinda strange. I do see older women wearing bikinis every now and then.

Celcia from Those who hunt elves (900 years old but doesn't look a day past 23). Airi wears a semi bikini and she's over 20.

Filia from Slayers
Suzuka from Outlaw Star wears a VERY skimpy bikini in episode 23. GRRR
I think Esmeraude wears one in Sailor Moon R. The Amazoness quartet wear bikinis pretty often. Doesn't Mimet wear one for that contest episode in SMS?
Several Tenchi Muyo characters that aren't young'ins wear one in an episode.
Ritsuko from Hell Teacher Nube I believe wears a bikini in one of the movies.
The older ladies in Love Hina wear bikinis at least once.

Doesn't Aika wear one?

I wouldn't doubt that that horny teacher in DearS has been spotted wearing a bikini once.

That depends. If by anime ladies you actually mean hot anime men at a very gay beach party, then yes, yes I do. I prefer swim trunks though

sure , I wouldn't mind ....

but nothing to go crazy over .... as long as the show's good , has solid animtation .... enough material to keep you glued to the Screen and keeps you at the edge of your seat ... im happy with it, even if they add a alcoholic monkey in the back >_>

I have, too but we were still in middle school so her figure wasn't as proportionate as it is now (I'm talking about my ex).

Then there's all those times I went to a crowded beach, thank the Lord for topless tanning.
