Can anyone tell me what the first Arisa DvD has on it? I tried playing it on my DVD player but it cannot read the DVD however the second DVD plays. I know on the back of the case it says -Bonus 30 minute video- but I was curisous as to what to this is. Thanks

Both discs have the same content but one is a High Definition version that comes on a DVD-ROM that will only play on a computer. It's not HD-DVD or Blu-ray so don't expect it to work on anything but a PC or perhaps a Mac.

The HD-DVD only plays on a Windows Media 9 or higher component too, I think.

Almost correct. It's in High Definition, and it does come on a DVD, but it's still not a true HD-DVD in any technical sense. There is such a thing as HD-DVD, but it's a completely different format from both a hardware and software perspective.

The High-Definition version of Arisa is indeed encoded with Windows Media 9 Professional at 1280 x 720, 29fps, 7692Kbps with 192kbps audio x2 at 48 kHz.

But, enough about details. How about a nice picture of cute anime girls instead?
