Any challangeing game's left out there?

I've started to become bored with gameing due to all the damn easy game's being made in order to attract none-gamer's. the only game's I've ever actually died in this generation were devil may cry and ninja gaiden are these the only game's that challange gamer's? If you have any challangeing action game's,rpg's, or even a FPS plz list it here and reconfirm my faith in the gameing world.

Well sh!t man, you're screwed. There is nothing challenging out there right now. Ever since the PS2 came out challenging games have died out.

What does the PS2 have anything to do with it?

All I can suggest is devil may cry 3, that's about it. Or turning the difficulty level up. Sorry for stating the obvious.

ahh... by devil may cry i meant 1 and 3 (2 doesn't exist anymore remember

lol) loved those game's so much i beat them on all difficulty (cept easy obviosly)

Maybe you should play games online instead of single player.

[EDIT] If online isn't your thing, have you tried shmups?

I'm not the biggest fan of online game... sure i play WOW and i like it but i care little for game's like FPS's online where it's full of cheater's and peaple who exploit flaw's in the game to no end. im also just not a big fan of online play in general.

EDIT: yes i did play them.... but unfortunately the genre is dead now.

I like simple hard, you know like various NES titles.

The complicated hard where you gotta memorize the bullets coming at you and the pattern to move, or a bunch of combo memorizations don't interest me.

I say just find some old school games that were difficult and try them.

Common misconception. There really aren't that many hackers as some people tend to think. Sure you will find a couple of hackers that are spinning around with speed hacks and aimbots, but 98% of the time your going to find normal players. Most of the allegations of hacking made in FPS are just n00bs whining because they are getting their ***** handed to them by superior players.

My mate plays BF2 online for the P.C and hates it because it's full of hackers.

He has XBL but only for the X-BOX and he much prefers it.

Joeshie hits this spot on. Most of the time the person isn't a hacker - he or she is just very good.

I've played BF2 since it was released and out of the countless hours that I have played, maybe 3-4 could pass as actual hackers. It just sounds like your friend is just getting his *** kicked by better players.
