Anyone excited about playing all of there old favs thanks to the Wii?

I know I am, it's the only reason i'm getting one.

Streets of rage, Golden axe, Ocarina of time, Zombies ate my nieghours (this is a hope), etc....

Plus all of the great games I never got to play.

Mario RPG, Paper Mario, Earthbound/Mother etc...

That is one reason why im picking up a Wii. I love the old games, like Ocarina of Time and the old Mario games.

I can't wait! There are so many original Nintendo games that I never got ahold of that Ireally want to play. Especially Super Nintendo games. I skipped over that system, but now it doesn't matter

I just wish Ninty would reveal some info about the VC already, everything's all about the Wiimote *shudders*, well not everyone wants a Wii for the new games, alot of us are retro freaks, lol.

I know I am.

I'm loving the X-BOX Live arcade, Galaga came out yesterday and I played it for hours

Dunno about Chrono, but surely M RPG is a must, it's one of there biggest games ever.

thats the same reaosn i would buy a Wii right now

all the old school agmes i can play on my PC for free, instead of 4 or more bucks for a download

I still play my NES and SNES as well as buy games for them. The only reason I might get one is because its gonna be cheap.

Yes, but emu's are illegal and those who get caught, don't find it free and cheap for long *coughs$5,000pergamecoughs*.

I re-bought a SNES a while back, but I had no room to keep it

lol, true. i dont actually play them i just know i could.

also, i still have my old NES, and the used games in stores are cheaper than what the Wii download servie will want, so I'll just stick with those.

amen to that. i wouldnt wana waste my money. not that the games are a waste of money, but i refuse to pay alot for 'em

No more than a couple of bucks for NES and TG-16 (Turbo Graffix 16), $5 for SNES and Genesis/Mega-Drive (U.K name), $10 for N64.

This was foretold at E3.

But has yet to be truly confirmed.

But here in the U.K, games are ALOT more expensive than that.

Of course when you include memory card prices.

But even then, takes up less room

Sorry for bringing my GIS post here, but.

Would you recomend that I watch GIS 2:Innocence after 1, or is that after series 1 (1st GIG).
