What anime characters are the most fortunate, seem to get what they want right and all the time, and could just make the story overly lame or boring at times or after a while?

Hikari and Aoi of Strawberry Panic. They both have atleast 3 girls who try what they can to win their affections. Boring though, na, I don't think so O.o.

Kaoru in a way from AYA. He was all alone and everything, and his old friend visits and he gets to have her living with him, and she cooks for him, and THEN comes Miyabi, Tina, and the rest of the clan, haha. One guy, house of girls, ones, that get Drunk, Clumsy, Bad Temptered...and more, heh.

Keitaro Urashima from Love Hina. He's lucky that he didn't get killed by all those girls. He had a few near-death experiences, but he still managed to make it out alive!

Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi. Very lucky to be surrounded by seven bishounen guardians. XD

Okay, now for serious answers...

Milfeulle from Galaxy Angel had quite the lucky streak, IIRC. Of course...her luck was a double-edge sword, but somehow things worked out in the end.

Lunlun from Hana no Ko Lunlun. Or maybe I should think twice about that. After all, she lost both her parents when she was a young child. But gosh the man she gets compensate for anything and everything bad that has happened to her.

And I agree that Millefeuille from Galaxy Angel IS the luckiest character otherwise.
