the anime "Wonderful Days", has there been ANY news about it?? renamed "Sky Blue" (or somthing like that) for the US release

"Sky Blue" opened in very limited American theatrical release on December 31, 2004. Still no word of plans for an American DVD release.

This is just my guess. It'll never come out because it didn't do good in theaters. I suggest getting the R2 DVD, it's only about $25 or less, and then rip it onto your cpu(if you can). Yes, there are subs to it so you can watch it as much as you want to.

Is this that Korean anime... I saw it at the theater, I think. Something about a police woman in some desolate futuristic city who finds herself on opposite sides of the law with the boy she loved as a child. Sort of had a Metropolis slant to it (with the underclass being forced to slave away while the rich living in the upper levels of the city just keep getting richer). Or am I totally misremembering this one?

It was ok. I'm surprised it hasn't had a R1 release yet since that was quite awhile back when it was in the theaters, and at the rate movies move from theatrical release to dvd release these days. I'm guessin' if it hasn't happened by now... but you never know.

well, i saw a region 0 with an english DUB on ebay. i found that kinda weird, that an R0 had a dub. i wonder if it's legit??

tartan asia DVD is the company that released it, and i think they are legit.

now, although it doesn't say it has an english DUB, the seller has told me it does. and he/she has 99.8% positive feedback.

what do you guys think, should i get it??

I also saw this one at the theater.
It was a good shot thanks to nice graphics but overall the plot and chacters were a little dissapointing.

It been a while since the DVD got released in Korea so I suppose it's gonna be released soon in America too?^^;

...Um, the vast majority of anime doesn't even come out in theaters.
