Make up your own jutsu and tell what it does
Emotion clone jutsu my emotions scatter surrounding the enemy with each emotion of brave,smart,kind,anger,and sad each contain a hidden power to unleash upon the enemy.

I haven't seen much of Naruto (living in canada I've barely seen up to episode 10). But, I invent the teleport, size and haste jutsu's.
Teleport Jutsu- Teleports the user anywhere within 20 meters of him/herself. Haste Jutsu- Launches the user in a straight line up to 6 meters away. The user moves so fast that they are impossible to see using the naked eye. They move so quickly in fact, that in order for them to initiate an attack time slows down in their eyes. Size Jutsu- Allows the user to shrink down to a miniscule size. Useful for stealth missions.  If any of these Jutsu are already in Naruto, blame B.C.,Canada for not airing it sooner.

Mind Over Body Jutsu! Pretty much take control of someone's body with your mind (not like Ino, you would pretty much control his movements not switch bodys) and throw him around like a rag doll, sorta like telekenisis

Uchiha Whiner no Jutsu. It summons any Uchiha-whiner you want.
Sakura Sucks Something Fierce no Jutsu. It kills Sakura over and over again before your eyes. It's brilliant!
