I have heard this series has shounen ai in it. Is this true?

I saw volumes 1 and 2 in a store yesterday, and was tempted to get them. However, I have heard mixed reviews about volume 1, like it's very hard to tell what's going on because the author didn't present it too well. I flipped through them and the art is very beautiful and if anyone has read further than volume 1, does it get easier to understand? I am very interested in giving it a shot if the story becomes clearer.

I'd more or less suggest not to spend your money on it, the first volume had slight BL hints... but when you don't have a clue what's going on it's not worth it!

I don't know if it gets better, I didn't even know volume 2 was available, but every person besides myself that I've talked to who's read the first volume (not a whole lot of people) all have the same things to say, you never know who's speaking, the art, while fairly nice in my opinion, doesn't really match with what's going on in the story, sort of all over the place... and the plot can get hard to follow (obviously, when you don't know who's speaking and the images you're presented with don't help your understanding)...

Sad, I wanted to like it, the story premise is intriguing.

I'll get it anyway. I get raw Japanese manga I can't read & have no clu what's going on, though if you go over & over it, you get ideas. (Ja-Dou & Vartrag Tale really had me wondering, but the art was like dark chocolate on a strawberry)

This is an extremely old post of mine, but I felt the need to bump it up.

I've re-considered getting this. I was looking through volume 5 of it recently, and there is some definite BL. Has anyone read past the first couple of volumes and can tell me whether or not the story becomes more clear and understandable? Does it get any better?
