Miroku and sango
Inuyasha and kegome,
Gene starwind and Malfina
Fred and Gene starwind

Motoko Kusanagi and either Batou or, the cheif of s-1 from CHapter 8 in GITS V1. (his name is not given)

i can't think of any more right now.

My favorite couples are Miaka x Tamahome (Fushigi Yuugi), Usagi x Mamoru (Sailor Moon), Kenshin x Kaoru (Rurouni Kenshin), Sakura x Li Shaoran (Cardcaptor Sakura), Aoi x Kaoru (Ai Yori Aoshi), and so many more.

ANYWAYS...some of my favorite couples are:

Kenshin and Kaoru (Kenshin)
Tina and Kaoru (AYA)
Reika and Ayato (RahXephon)
Aina Sahalin and Shiro Amada (Gundam 08th MS Team)

There are alot of other couples, but those stand out at the moment...
