Hey, SonRyu, I have a request.
I was wondering if you'd be interested in making an 8-disc box for Moribito? There's some of us who bought the Walmart stack pack to save some serious money, but a stack pack configuration isn't really all that ideal. I've been planning on buying separate DVD cases for the DVDs, but I hate having singles with no box. Even if it's using the same art design as the currently existing official art box that'd be fine with me (I don't know what legal issues that might cause for you though, so I guess just go with what you can). I do plan on eventually buying a Princess Tutu box from you. It's my favorite series and I feel it deserves it's own nice box.I'd also like to eventually get a Ghibli box, but I think I'll focus on these other two first. And I love your Gurren Lagann one. I'll have to consider on whether I'd rather buy the official LE box or yours. (Aww, crap, the more I look at it the more I want it - Kamina and Garlock on the top are killing me... the only thing that'd make this better is if there was Simon/Nia on one of the panels). EDIT: Christ, and the Rayearth boxsets are RRRGH so gorgeous. *sparkle* Maybe I just need to start setting aside some money each month to start saving for these. Crap. Thanks! Regarding Moribito, I would definitely like to design a box. If I can get pics to work with, I'll attempt a design that comes in 2 forms, one that can hold the 8 "super jewel box" releases (which is slightly less width than 6 amaray dvd cases, so I'd design a box for 6 amaray cases), and one that can hold 8 amaray dvd cases (which is what you want so you can repack your stackpack into 8 amaray cases?). I actually don't like the official Anime Works box for the super jewel boxes; it has text on the spine and the same pic on both sides. Pretty lame if you ask me. I'll start looking into this one!
I actually just took a pic of my own collection of Champagne boxes today. Paul hasn't sent me my latest batch of designs yet (so I don't have the Tutu yet either), but if looking at this pic makes you want to order some... ![]()

For the Gurren Lagann box, have you considered re-sizing it to fit the 3 DVD sub-only set?

That's more of a re-design than a re-size, since I would no longer be able to use the top and spine images. I had enough trouble with this one as it was, I don't know if I could manage something half it's width...

Yeah, I was thinking amaray, because even though it would take up more room than the jewel cases, inconsistency is one of those pet peeves of mine. All of my other series are in amarays or boxset collections, so suddenly having one that is different from the rest would probably irk me. Although, if I like what you put out for the jewel cases more, I may just end up going with that.
And... st-stop tempting me. It's so hard to resist! *oggles the picture* Instead of like other girls who are tempted by pretty clothing, I am tempted by pretty boxes.

Paul said he's had a few requests for a box for Code Geass, so here's my design so far:

Oh good, I'm glad to see that things are still going. The last time I looked, things hadn't been updated for a while.
Oh man, I still need to pick up the Princess Tutu box.

Relaying a message for Paul: He is going to be selling some of his 'private stash', which include some of the approved pre-production numbered models of his sold out licensed designs. The original print run's (which were available through ADV and TRSI) are long out of print, so these are extremely rare, and there's only a couple of each. If interested, please contact Paul at champagn@stx.rr.com. The designs are:
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm told these are priced for the 'serious collector'. Incidently, I happen to own all 3, so I can attest to how awesome they look

Have you made a artbox for Trigun, the original Trigun Remix volumes (1-6) to fit in? I would love one!
