Katte ni Kaizō
Kaizō Katsu (勝 改蔵 Katsu Kaizō) - he's an eccentric young man who believes that aliens and conspiracy theories are around every corner. Recently he believes that he has been turned into a cyborg. Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei All the girls in the Zetsubou-sensei's class. SPOILER! (highlight to read):
Kafuka Fuura was dead at the beginning. She was also an organ donor. Every girl in the class is an organ recipient. They also received her blood transfusions. She was too optimistic to die, so she lives in Zetsubou-sensei's female students.
In fact, the girls have the delusion she is still alive. Every day, each different one of those girls is posing as Kafuka. Kafuka Fuura does not exist but is only a pen name given by the girls, since no one knows her real name.
