Zipang- apologist anime?
http://www.animenation.net/blog/2012...anese-history/
This question really makes me want to watch Zipang but I don't want to watch it if it's just some propaganda that makes Pearl Harbor out to be totally freaking awesome. What do you guys who've seen it think of Zipang?

Zipang starts out with the battle of Midway. It's well done with the exception of the end which stinks

I agree, it is an excellent show right up until the most inconclusive ending in anime I have ever seen. It certainly doesn't make pearl harbor seem awesome or whatever. It kind of shows things from both perspectives and maybe a third unique perspective of those with 'foresight' (or hindsight??
).
