anime title help plz

can not remember the name but its about high school students one girl in particular has powers she doesnt seem to be aware of.
she is of a wealthy household the maid is the one who really notices the girl is different as in personality there's a scene where a boy classmate(that she develops feelings for) falls into their pool and the girl rushes into save him without hesitation the maid knowingly knew the girl hated the water.
later the maid even accuses the girl of killing her own grandfather who was actually murdered but in an out rage that the maid would think that the girls power awaken violently killing the maid.
there's another scene where theyre out of school all away in some house near hills and trees spending time together with friends they stumble upon an older man they knew who graduated few yrs past that usually carries a camera. the girl awakes leaping away a boy finds her in the woods wondering how she got there he feels bad cause shes in night clothes cold thinking she must of been out there looking for him.
they see reports on the news where nearby the military gets involved because of things she did that happened in those woods and of her grandads death leading police to believe the maid maybe at fault cause of her disappearance.
