Not gonna lie, Caesar's kind of coming off as an idiot now. Did he honestly think he could make Luffy back down by having some powerful friends? Luffy. The guy who punched out a member of the Tenryuubito, and declared war on one of the Yonkou? And he thought he could THREATEN him?
