in need of another anime title ?..youve been lots of help & time savers

cant seen put my finger around it just remember very little of it hope what i provide can do the trick.
from what i do recall is its a story of a boy who is friends with a young girl who i think helps him in a fight she turns out to be an android that looks very human but with lots of strength. these two meet a different boy thats from a poor part of their area he introduces them to a group of people.
these people want to break into a large castle like facility kind of a government place i forgot why but all this revolves around a battle that took place some ten years back.
theyve since rebuilt the place and i believe there is a festival being held when an attack takes place.
there is a scene where theyre in an almost tunnel like place inside this building and the girl is fighting off a large mechanical thing part of her skin is torn and shes damaged but continues fighting.

sry ive seen alot of anime i get mixed up and forget titles of what ive watched
