InFAMOUS2 is another pretty big one, since that game isn't that old.
Hm, if it's a straight giveaway it might be worth it. PSN+ by itself doesn't really have anything I want otherwise, and the subscription canceling the access to the free stuff is mainly why I didn't get it before, so... hrmmmmm.

Double post, but eh.

Mass Effect 3 (PC)

It was 35 dollars and some other stuff needed to be purchased so we did it for the free shipping. Won't be able to play it due to my residency, I imagine, so I'll have to play it later on.

Kirby Mass Attack (DS)
Super Mario 64 (DS)

There's an interesting story involving me buying SM64 DS.

After having this song shuffle on my MP3 player someday in the week, I had this insatiable desire to replay Super Mario 64. Like, real bad, which was odd because I'm not really a fan of SM64 like that. Anyway, after realizing that I don't own the game in any fashion, I decided to hunt for the DS version, which I dislike even more than the 64 proper only because I thought the Dpad was never ideal for playing the game compared to the N64 controller, but since I have a 3DS now, the circle pad should alleviate that problem. Looking online now for the game and not seeing it for lower than $30, I decided I'm not paying $30 for a launch DS game, no matter how good it is (unless its Super Princess Peach). Anyway, I said nuts to that and stopped my search.

Yesterday while running some errands, I went into this mom n' pop variety store I used to frequently go to years ago to see what used games they had on sale. Its then I noticed they had SM64DS used but in excellent condition. Asked the guy how much, which he replied with a nonchalant "$25". After I made that "damn" face you make after hearing something is too expensive, he agreed and said, "yeah, I know." Long story short, we started talking and I told he I had some odd desire to replay this game again after hearing the song I linked above and that's when I found out not only does he listen to video game music, but he's also big Nintendo fan as well. So afterwards we started talking about a whole bunch of other stuff like past favorite Nintendo games, the WiiU, how much E3 sucked, etc. It's then I noticed the shop had Kirby Mass Attack also on sale and when I asked how much he looked at the games and said, "You know what, you can have both the SM64DS and the Kirby for $20 flat, all for introducing me to the band above."

Needless to say, this is why Nintendo and its fans are the best.

Best Buy Canada is doing the same $10 off pre-orders for E3 deal with Vita games now, so I pre-ordered Assassins Creed: Liberation and Persona 4 Golden

Yeah, but unlike you Vaik actually has good tastes in video games.

I keed I keed!

Naw, I know plenty of people who were fans of the first two and loved the 3rd one.. I jus' felt like it cut waaaaaaay too many corners and the story started off promiseing but jus' turned into a mess of cliches and underwhelming cameos.

But hopefully Vaik likes it!

I have amazing taste in video games. I'm like a freaking connoisseur.

We'll see how it goes. As silly as some of the apparent plot elements in the demo were, I liked it for what it was.

\o/

Gravity Rush (Vita) for me.

I did stop by Blockbuster to see if they had a copy of Lollipop Chainsaw for rent, but they didn't receive any new release games today.

My roommate is buying Lollipop, so I suppose I can just borrow his at some point. That is if his girlfriend doesn't break the disc over his head. When he mentioned he was getting the game last night at dinner, she did not look happy.

Skylanders for the XBox360.

Technically, it was a gift for my little brother. Realistically, I'm buying some Skylanders myself and playing on his XBox whenever I come over to the house.

Mass Effect 3 was a good game, rushed and with a terrible ending but it was fun. MP looks like a standard firefight, but still good.
