Read up on this game on Siliconera yesterday, and it looks pretty cool. I've actually played a really similar game in the past called The Experiment, but I like the idea and so far République looks like a pretty solid game. It's coming to PC/Mac as well, even tho the trailer starts off saying iOS only.

I pledged $20, I hope they make their goals. ^__^

Yeah, I was very interested when you linked me earlier but I admittedly just want the PC version. My iPod has some nasty cracks in it right now due to a fall (can't afford to get it replaced, happened after warranty expired) so I haven't tried playing iOS games.

That said, I'm a little depressed they're so far from the goal given it's coming May 11th. I hope they manage to get their money because this looks like a really cool game.

Doh, it's not looking too good for Republique.

3 Days left on Kickstarter and they're just over halfway to their goals.

It's sad because it looks like they're really far along on their development, so I'd hate if they canned the game.

Wow, I didn't know this was the Ryan Payton (Camouflaj) joint I was hearing about from a while ago. Finally decided to watch the trailer and it definitely looks really cool (Love the art style). Too bad it looks like it isn't going to get funded, though...

47 hours to go.

I have a feeling they'll still make the game even if the kickstarter goal isn't met, as they've put a LOT of work into this game already.

Well that's pretty amazing. They still had a ways to go yesterday, I'm actually pretty shocked they managed to make those numbers.

Anyway I'm glad, and I hope we get a fantastic game out of this group.

A few gaming aficionados I follow on twitter were really pimping this game in the last few hours before its deadline, so I'm pretty sure that had a lot to do with it.

Wow. Can't believe it made it. Glad though, it looks awesome! Between Double Fine's Adventure, Grim Dawn, and Republique Kickstarter sure is delivering.
