Who should i cosplay?

Recently i've had alot of time on my hands, so i've been thinking about starting another cosplay. My only problem is, i have no idea who to cosplay as! Because it's nearing summer i would prefer a lighter costume with minimal sowing but that dosen't matter much to me. The best picture i could find for this is on my page. Thanks.

I'm going cheap next year as a member of the lgeion of madfellows from Futurama.

Indeed, most of the costumes are cumbersome....Soul Eater Black Star outfit is sleeveless. Or One Piece Monkey D Luffy costume also seems cool....
