I recommend Dragon Age: Origins. It might be a little more western than you're used to but it still took me a good 70 hours to complete it. The universe is really well made if you like fantasy, though the plot is predictable and kinda cliché and the characters are rather shallow.
Another game is "Ninja Blade" Don't let the negative reviews and haters fool you - it's actually a great game and very cheap. If you liked Bayonetta and DMC you will probably like this one as well.

I only just started it so I don't really know, but I'm playing "Resonance of Fate" on Xbox 360 at the moment, and it's pretty fun (though quite difficult)!

Lost Odyssey (360 JRPG) - made by the creator of Final Fantasy
Darksiders (360 Action/adventure) - blends the combat mechanic of devil may cry with Zelda, adds zelda-esque puzzles, and has a lot more going for it, too! Dante's Inferno (360 Action) - It's God of War for people who don't have a PS3. If you like Devil May Cry and Bayonetta, you'll have a blast with this. Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii) - pretty self explanatory

I second Lost Odyssey, it is the best RPG of the generation IMO.

I'm 12 hours into Lost Odyssey and the game is very underrated. I didn't play it for the longest time because I assumed it wasn't that good because of the mixed reviews, but its actually very fun & one of the best on Xbox 360.

It's a very good game. Make sure you read all those dream sequences, they are VERY well written and have some great stories. I really enjoyed them...wish I could get them in book format.

Games Similar to DMC and Bayonetta - No More Heroes 1 & 2
Games Similar to Tales of - Eternal Sonata Muramasa: The Demon Blade, is also another game I'd suggest you check out. It's kind of like a 2d devil may cry, with samurai and ninjas. It also has some rpg elements to it, and a lot of exploring to it as well. only downside is the backtracking, but to me it wasn't that big of an issue. |

I don't have a Wii, but i will recommend Fable 2 and assasins creed. I'm not sure if you're into those types of games, but I am very satisfied with them. There is much free will.
