Nightmares and Fairytales is a somewhat obscure, black and white horror anthology comic that uses a mysterious, cutesy-macabre and possibly cursed talking doll named Anabelle as narrator and bridging device. There is a new Nightmares and Fairytales 4 issue limited series coming out.
