I get why you matched the pink beads to the color of Rarity's mane on the pendant, but I think her color is a little off. Rarity's mane is in the violet->indigo range. I associate pink with Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. Still, you had to match the charm, and the pink beads work perfectly.
If the charm's colors were right, I think I'd have made the (currently) pink sections start in this indigo range in the direction of the charm, then fade to violet as you approach the clasp. That might've made a good contrast with the regular, symmetric segments of white and blue.

I'm trying to reflect their cutie marks in the designs. Applejack might be a problem. I can't find any apple shaped findings. I may have to go with a large red bead and a small green one to try to suggest an apple.
Finding similar beads in the right shades like that might or might not be possible. The store I was at only had a blue and a purple.

I don't have the stuff to make my own beads. I'm not very experienced either. This is my 5th project including the bracelet I took apart because it wasn't working at all. The original design had much darker purple freshwater pearls in it but they didn't work with the charm at all.
I prefer to shop local for this sort of thing but the only store up here is small and most of it is souvenirs. I think I will have to start doing some buying online.

It's just a project. It's mainly for practice. I had the idea while looking at the charms and thought I would give it a try. I don't really know what I am going to do with them when they are done.
