The brand includes descriptions for 14 different International Classes, and also includes descriptions for hardware, bill of materials, silicon, console game hardware units(apparatus) as well as mobile devices.
The brand also includes numerous non gaming descriptions and even details Home Video Media formats, Movie Projectors,DVD players,CD players,Franchising for Restaurants,Hotels and Theaters.
The description is completely discrete, and since the mark is substantial and SEGA has already paid $5,000 for its processing, registration is imminent. For its 3rd party descriptions, it specifically mentions, digital media, PC games, downloadable games e.t.c not "Consumer Video Games".
