Recently I presented to you guys a story about a Lawyer suing his ex girlfriends for comments said on the net.

Common sense has trumped bad choices. At least for now.
Ofcourse as I predicted the Lawyer is going to appeal the ruling so this story is anything but over.
Still for me this is promising news for free speech.
I'm again truly sorry to hear the Lawyer's unfortunate situation, but lets keep in mind what might have got him here to begin with.
Perhaps the results from poor choices?
In life we make choices and though choices come situations/consequences...even ones that may even be unintentional.
Now I for one can relate to this story regarding to what slander can do to you on the web. But thats for another blog.
