I'll try doing comics again.
15 Love
Publisher - Marvel Comics
What would it looks like if Marvel published its own OEL sports manga in comics format? We don't have to wonder any longer. We have 15 Love.
This title is very unusual for an American comic but pretty stock for a sports manga. The art is done by Tommy Ohtsuka who also worked on Marvel's Marvel Mangaverse. The artwork is interesting. It's almost like manga style artwork with American style inking.

This is Millie. She is our heroine for the piece.
The story is fairly conventional for a sports manga. Underdog millie is at the bottom of the listing and about to be thrown out of the tennis program. However, a washed up coach see greatness in her and agrees to get off the bottle and help her defeat her rival and realize her potential. So begins the story. The two of them go through various obstacles and pitfalls throughout the series. The main storyline is about Millie's coming of age and development as a player and a person. She has to overcome her doubts and avoid the pitfalls of success to grow as a person.
It's only a 3 issue limited series. Even with larger that normal issues (with larger than normal $4.99 per issue prices) it's come across as the intro arc for a larger story. The story does have a beginning, middle and end but it seems like the first arc in a longer story. It's a fairly recent series so perhaps more are planned. It's mostly an all ages title but there is some fanservice sprinkled throughout like the odd panty shot. It's minor but present.
