The Furries
This story came to me one day sitting at work getting bored watching Juvenile felons sleep. Yes, I work night shift. Pretty much it started as a thought about a real situation that happened to me at a major Anime con. I had a person walk up to me and take a picture of me in my Cos-splay costume. He told me that I would be able to see myself on the Con forums. Sure enough, I found my pix in the forums. A couple of months pass and I began to get invites to the National Furry Association. Some of you know one of my costumes is that of a Black Cat.
As the world changes so does the creatures that inhabit it. Climates change and centuries pass. Animals became the dominant creatures on the world. Thousands of years pass and man’s predecessors begin their journey developing into modern man. Mother Nature also gave many other creatures the chance at developing at the same time. Apes along with many other animals competed to become the dominant race. As the centuries pass mankind becomes dominant as the other races either die out, or perhaps even merge with mankind as the development continues. Not every race becomes extinct as time passes. As time passes they also become manlike and adapt with the world. Staying separate from man as much as possible they become to the Indians of the past the legends or totems to them. To the more modern man they are called other names such as Werewolves or the Sasquatch, and Snow men of the mountains. Perhaps they are more than just legends as most of us know legends have some basis that created them long ago…..
