Trade-in list update?

WHen will the trade-in list of DVDs be updated? It hasnt been updated since October.

One question, in cases where you only list 1 or 2 discs from a box set, is it necessary to send the original packaging as well ?

You do need to send the case that the disc is in. You don't need to send the actual box from the entire set, though...
