I'd like to see it finish up as follows:

The treasure of "One Piece" is really a treasure of information, partly from the Rio Poneglyph, partly from other sources that the World Government is evil and corrupt and not acting in the interests of the people of the member countries. Obviously not all members are evil, because the King of Arabasta was a decent guy, but probably the majority are.

As a result, after reaching Raftel, the final arc will be the revolution that leads to the World Government being overthrown. Naturally the Straw Hats won't be the only ones involved in this, but doubtless they will play a role in bringing the information to the people, which I imagine was Gol D. Roger's goal with his execution speech.

Note: I've yet to progress much beyond Enies Lobby so if future events are moving that way, I'd rather not know outside of a spoiler tag. :)
