I did, years ago... put it this way I remember when fifth edition was new. These days I don't still have any cards, but I'd probably still have a game if you put a preconstructed deck in front of me...

I tryed it a while back but I found yugioh to be so much simpler. Don't get me wrong Magic is defently challenging but its also very complicated just to execute simple moves.

Still I know a good friend whos played magic for a long time and to my knowledge still does.
Nothing better then friends getting together to play some cards. lol :)

here we have a comic book store and every Friday they have tournaments, at 7 pm entries are 12 dollars. :]

I hate Friday Night Magic. I loathe it. If it were choking on a ham sandwich in the street, I'd spit on its neck and run over it with my car.


Why? BECAUSE I'M FORCED TO GO THERE EVERY FREAKING FRIDAY. I don't play -- I don't want to -- but my friends love it and I'm dragged to the damn things all the time.

M:tG is still pretty popular though not like its heyday.

Friday Night Magic events are still well attended...mostly by boorish guys with poor hygiene aournd here.

I hate Friday night Magic.

If I was planning on getting into anything I'd paint up an army of Imperial Guardsmen but stuff like this generally requires being social to some degree.

I still play MTG, but I don't buy booster packs and engage in tournaments. I just update myself on the latest expansions and rules and build decks.

I did try to get into Magic but I like yugiho (spelling?) more.

And working on my Warhammer 40k Space marine army takes up my time and money to be able to get into another table game.
