OCALA, Fla. – Authorities say a Florida man was charged with driving under the influence after he was spotted riding his motorcycle naked. The Marion County deputy was driving on Interstate 75 early Tuesday when he spotted what appeared to be a naked man on a motorcycle. The deputy caught up with 45-year-old J. Dante Krauss at a red light and stopped him.

Capt. Mike Rolls said Krauss could not explain where he was coming from or why he was naked. Rolls said the deputy asked him if he had been drinking, and he answered that he had. Breathalyzer tests revealed blood alcohol levels above .08, the state's legal limit to drive.

Krauss was charged with what Rolls said turned out to be his fifth DUI. Jail records showed he was later released on $20,000 bail. They did not list an attorney and his phone number was not listed.

he might if he was sweatng. But I doubt he was since he is outdoors and the wind would most likely keep his body cool enough not to sweat. Thats just my theory.

Yeah, but he was driving on the interstate. He'd be going pretty fast then, right? If not the wind, the fact his personal affairs were rubbing against a leather seat would make the ride pretty unbearable.

^ I don't think the problem would be chafing. There's a lot of bugs in Florida. Hitting them naked at highway speeds would really be unpleasant. Not to mention the initial naked sit-down on a leather seat that'd been baking in the Florida sun.

Man, I remember watching that episode and I was still young back then and it was one of the few moments in my life that influenced me to start riding motorcycles.

I learned a hard lesson when I left my visor up one time. A huge bug hit me on my right eye and I ended up pulling off to the side of the rode. My eye was infected for a week. It was gross!

I knew Golden Boy was messed up just from watching episode 1 but that sounds really....... even more messed up. Now I need to watch the rest of them.

After an hour of driving in Florida (maybe less) you gotta spray your windshield and wipe the bugs off (depending on the car I suppose) it's pretty bad and some of them are pretty big.

what I don't understand is how he could have been so drunk with a low BAC, that kinda situation usually occurs only when you have hilariously high BAC's, and usually when they happens they report "At least" that he was "double" the legal limit or so, but In this article it seems to me he was just slightly over the legal limit....

this is like .3+ BAC behavior, not .08 to .10 lol...at least in my experience.
