I think that a ban should always be lifted after a set amount of time. Unless the person who was banned was trying to hack the forums or something of the sorts.

Well they gotta forgive them sometime xD then again the only reason I got back on that forum was because they changed severs several times and I got banned from there twice. Once from a minor infraction of the misuse of bb code(I didn't know how to place images and the forum is anti link advertisement) and the second time was after I got crude and I got banned from the forum again. Another time they came back up wit a chatroom that I ended up getting banned from for the same thing but then the forums ended up shutting down around the time I graduated high school. Crazy stuff /heh

because i was on someone elses clan server and one of my members started advertising. they banned both me and him and i demoted him from recruiter position for a week. they eventually unbanned me after i had a talk with their founder. my recruiter stayed banned and eventually got kicked out of the clan by my co founder. alot of clans don't allow advertising on their servers unless you are an affiliate of theirs
