The ghost of little Matilda Corta probably did that. She comes out of your closet when you are sleeping, sits on your chest and lightly drags a pair of scissors across your face. If you wake up before she leaves she stabs you in the eyes. Nobody knows why she sliced her own face off with a pair of scissors thirty years ago on this very night.
I saw a hilarious bail outside. Two guys on a bike zoomed past and turned into a driveway. No, they did not transform into a highway but rather turned as to enter it. The guy on the back went flying. Last I saw he was standing in the yard.

She didn't go to any store she never goes out at this time of night <,< then when my brother calls he says mom is mad at dad and and blah blah bla.
Then shes outside the house or whatever and dad won't go out and tawk to her because he thinks it'll stur up a scene. He says he won't bring any drama outside for nothing and now mom's all depressed and feels like shes nothing -_- Oh this crap happens every once in a while....

Other than 4chan, anime-cons, and Second Life I thought furries were just a running gag troll fetish that only existed in imagination scenes.
I'm greatly disappointed to find that people actually live like they have a tail and cat ears.
To actually see people take imagination to a reality based level makes me want to pick them up by the throat and hurl them off the second floor of the mall.
Homosexuals I can deal with, bestiality I can stomach a little, but posing fictional fetishes in real life? Wow that's a whole new low on humanity right there.
What next? Are females going to get the expensive surgical penis implants and go around being real life futa? I'm sorry but a picture doesn't always work the way our minds want it to work. Obsession for a fake fetish in real life is just full blown desperation.
Then again I'm just spouting my opinion, you can put me in the same category that Racists and Homophobics go in.

Seriously, though, I don't see anything inherently wrong about furries as a whole. Most of them are innocent enough with or without an anthropomorphism fetish, and even actively believing in such things isn't harmless by itself. As long as they're not being douchebags about it and know when and where to keep their fetish to themselves (like with any other fetish), they're allowed as much respect as any other normal member of society.
Of course, furries who do excessively act on such fetishes (ranging approximately from a regularly worn full body fur suit to full blown bestiality) are indeed ****ing crazy, and deserve whatever ridicule people give them.

I was walking back from the bank and this woman was crying at the top of the driveway of a townhouse. She was maybe 22-25 years old. She asked if I had a cellphone she could use and, as I do not have a cellphone, I said "Nah sorry, no." A very small part of me, possibly my perfidious penis, said that I should go up there and ask what was wrong. See if I could help. But then I remembered my maxim, "Keep ridin' stranger." I'm not a big fan of needles either, but they don't bother me too much.
Which is a good thing, since I got poked 4 times on Wednesday. First was the flu shot (upper right arm) offered at our work for only $5. Next was to check my iron levels in my blood (left middle finger); which ended up being just below the mark so they tried my other hand (right middle finger); it was above the minimum required level, so I could start donating blood, which they took out of my left arm. At one point they lost the blood flow and so they had to play around with the needle in my body (yay, fun). It was not a good day for my arms.
It sucks, I like donating blood, but my veins can be hard to find. This is not the first time it's happened where they had to jiggle around with the needle. I've had times in the past where they've missed my vein completely. "Oops, sorry, hold on, lemme dig around in here. Let's see, a little to the right, a little to the left, push forward, pull back, oh hey there it is!" >_<
Wednesday was mostly my fault though. I didn't drink enough water beforehand. I need to remember that for next time.

I kind of cheated my way into my job, said I had a disability and was able to utilizes the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, (BRS) was introduced to a Walgreens training program, I took it for 9 weeks unpaid.
Basically this was to give a third party group a decision on putting us into another 9 week training course that was guided by Walgreens.
When the carrier Outreach Manager (Basically the guy who hires you) asked if we (my group) had any specific questions, I personally asked "Could I have a Job?" He then asked me if I knew anything about computers, after spending 5 years in a Graphic Design program at Manchester Community College, earning myself an Associate degree in the program, I said yes.
They acknowledged me as a full working individual, so well in fact, they hired me right on the spot without going into the next 9 week training course.
A year later I had enough money to buy a Nice car. Still working there to this day. Possibly the easiest job making experience I've ever had.

For the lower level jobs, lots of qualifications/experience may actually be a negative because employers see you as "over-qualified" and likely to leave after a while. But if you've got a lot of experience in a particular field, then surely it would not be too difficult to get a job in that field?

You basically need to nag at people, signing applications isn't the only thing you need. After that, then you have to work. Walk in the door and go to the service desk and repeatedly ask to see the manager, do this daily. It really is a job to find a job, there's really no easier way to do it...
Unless you know people who work in that building and you were referred by someone.

This is not always the case. A lot of experienced jobs are a huge competition. Even if you took the time to get the degree, spent months on internships and gained a lot of in work experience just from doing what you like, most big companies already have the people they need to make that career.
If I were Videl I would look at behind the scenes jobs, basically the ones where most people don't think about, like the warehouse or apprentice. Getting the ones that are basically bottom of the barrel. You don't necessarily need a management status position but working in the facility for a while will help get you there especially if you have mid level school experience.

I wouldn't give such advice without knowing what kind of job she's looking for. Given she's got lots of experience, and is already doing an apprenticeship and film work, then scraping the bottom of the barrel for a job in an essentially unrelated field doesn't sound very productive in terms of career advancement. On the other hand, if she needs the money, then it doesn't matter so much what she does.

That's what happened to me, then again I didn't take the initiative to start looking for a career in that field anyway. I regret taking that study, it really didn't help me with anything. I didn't have any goals set in mind.
But that doesn't mean people have to shut out stuff that might appear to be unrelated. Never hurts to take opportunity even if it doesn't seem like it was what you were planning to do. Life isn't always there to make your plans perfect, and knowing that is the best kind of experience.
Like Bernard said, take whatever you can get for now and then move into the field you were working for. If retail wont get you a job, there always something else.
If I'm lucky and the economy gets a little better I might go back to Graphic Design or I might take something else. Right now music seems to be keeping my biggest interest.

I'd say you need to think carefully before taking any opportunity. If you haven't got any particular idea about where you want to go and are in need of cash, then it makes more sense to just get something to tide you over in the short-term. However, if you're already doing an apprenticeship and film work, and are not short of cash, then I'd question why a job at McDonald's is really necessary, especially if it can distract you physically and mentally.
Life isn't always there to make your plans perfect, and knowing that is the best kind of experience.
It helps if you've got some kind of direction though, although I agree that it's hard to predict what route you will take through the jobs world. For example, it could have been a whole lot different for me now if I had become a stockbroker, which I was dangerously close to becoming.

-I hate restaurant work, people are stupid
-I have a crap load of homework that I don't have the time/want to do
-Found out my scratched phone screen had a very thin protector cover on it all along and once peeling it off, found the screen was in mint condition (overjoyed)
-Make sure you give your dogs Frontline because if they get fleas you will have to tear your home apart
-Among many other things
