A camera is a must. It can't be just any old camera. A point and shoot camera won't do. It has to be a single lens reflex camera with an expensive looking lens with various cryptic looking letters and numbers on it. Multiple lens is better even if you don't need them under the current circumstances. You can also sometimes get away with very archaic, antique looking camera with big tripods and hoods.

Changing my mind. I'll only be making a few posts a day now, or every other day. Staying off of AN completely is killing me. I'll just cut back on time spent here.


I've stopped watching the news. 99% of the news that comes on here is about people being killed. Particularly little kids or babies dieing or being killed. It's unwatchable. Because of this I have no knowledge whatsoever of what is happening in the world. We could be 1 month away from getting out of Iraq completely, or we could be close to capturing Bin Laden and I would have no idea. However I do not want to hear about a woman and her four little kids being run over by a car and that one of the babies died (actually happened), followed by another little kid drowning in a pool (also happened), both during the same news that night.<_< Followed by even more death. And if you want world news then your main option is Fox.

Practice, a good ear, and some tab work that I found on Ultimate Guitar.

When I say tabs though that is primarily like 15% of how I play the songs, becuase once I find good tabs and I'm confident on the song, I never look at the tabs again, instead I work the song out to sound more like the recording.

Only problem now is, the other half of the song, that's truly a monster only Cliff Burton can summon.

Hahaha, I assembled both a book-shelf and a lamp from target(not today). The book shelf is going to kill someone. It only stands up because I leaned it against a wall. I just left it in my apartment. You are only supposed to use these plastic fasteners to prop it up and connect it, but they didn't work. They broke. So it is reinforced with nails, and there are nails sticking out of it at the joints. Then the back of the book shelf is a piece of card-board designed to look like wood. When it tilts, the shelves become parolleograms, and after a point will collapse. Making it, it fell down several times. It was very frustrating. I bought a rubber hammer rather than a real hammer to hammer in the nails, and found out that rubber hammers aren't for nails(but it looked cool), and then had to use the side of the tool in a way that wasn't intended, because the rubber got shredded when I used it.

I hope your experience wasn't like mine.

It's very good, quality writing but its not the same sorta epic adventure battle thing previous season finales have been. There is some action but alot is just tension and the doctor thinking about his final days.

This is what I have been telling my friends why I don't enjoy clubbing but they always counter with saying "BUT IT'S NORMAL AND FUN! EVERYBODY ELSE IS DOING IT! AND ALCOHOL TOO!"

Clubbing is mostly for hooking up (if you're into that) or taking a girl along already is quite fun.

Choosing the right club, atmosphere, music and drugs help a great deal aswell.

The majority of the time I prefer to chill in a pub with some good friends.

During my freshman year in high school, I went to the Sadie Hawkins Dance... and I realized that no dance scene where loud music is playing would ever work for me. And social drinking does not make anything better in the least bit, so I was never even tempted when I was older.

Needless to say, I've avoided that crap.

You know where I like to hang out with friends? In a sushi bar (or Japanese, Thai, Korean, etc. restaurant) or in my house. Good food, good anime, good times.

Depending on the club you go to, your expectations and what constitutes a good night for you clubbing can be a great night out. For me personally it's one of the few times me and my friends actually make time for each other nowadays so I enjoy myself most of the time.

Oh and most clubs are hugely overrated because people get so drunk that their memory of the night is hugely distorted, so they think they had a great time and end up recommending the club based on a fake memory. I know this because I've seen many friends do this.

Hmm, it certainly seemed that way. But I'm under 18, and my friends who have been clubbing before said that one was completely crap, maybe I'll give it another shot soon. if it's still awful I'll wait till I'm older. If it's still ****** I'll give up.

anyways after a night on the town my friend came back here for a sleepover and we got about 2 hours sleep, which I could handle if I hadn't been feeling exceptionally tired recently anyways. In other news, just finished watching Men's Free skating. Amazing performances all over, but the highlight of the night was definitely the one from the gold-winner himself: Lysacek! Yay, Evan! You deserved your gold.

I was cheering for everyone though. Beautiful performances. The Phantom of the Opera music (program skated by Patrick Chan) gave me a little cheer inside. Heehee!

I've never been a Toyota fan. The Supras are cool, but that's really it. There are more Supra versions than just the one in The Fast And The Furious btw.

Hondas are only good for their gas mileage, other than that I'd never get one. It's a Honda.
The Camry's and Corollas last damn near forever...my friend drives a 92 Corolla with over 250,000 miles and it's still running...he's never had any major problems with it other than the routine stuff (oil, brakes, tires, etc).
