Manga Title Page Mini-Arcs.

I understand that Oda likes to include these mini-arcs on the title page, like the one with Buggy's adventures after being defeated, or Helmeppo and Coby's Marine training... but those were the only two which have been included in the series so far.

I've seen an animated short of Jango's Dance Carnival, but I don't know that any of the others have been animated at all. Am I missing out on any important plot? I don't read the manga, and so I just don't know.

One of them explains how two important character meet, how another ends up in prison and a whole bunch about the Straw Hat's in the current arc. There rest are asides like Eneru getting to the fairy vearth, what happened to Gadatsu after he fell out of the white white sea, or what happens to CP9 after Enies Lobby

I'm actually seriously thinking about getting into the manga at this point. Not just for the title page mini-arcs, of course. My main reason is just that... I like shounen manga, and at the rate I'm watching, I could be caught up to the anime within a month or two. :D

Can anyone confirm that the Viz releases are well done, and that they don't leave out the fun extras like when Oda takes questions from the fans or whatever?
