Mmmm, all of them. My favorite is Mounds, definitely. I get one out of a candy machine down the street almost every day when I go for a walk, hehe.
Second is probably the original Butterfinger. What was that new one? Butterfinger Crisp or something like that? That one's nowhere near as good as the original one. :)

I work in a convinience store, and I tried almost every single one of our products.
I'd say the best candy bars come from Cadbury.
Hershey's taste like cheap Easter chocolates with too much sugar in them. Mars is usually bland and too overwhelmed by the taste of the other ingredients (though I like the Bounty,Mars Caramel and Mint 3Musketeer quite well). Nestle's a sort of middle ground... the KitKat Chunky is pretty damn good. Nestle does make the best dark chocolate of the bunch, I'll concede that. Dark Chocolate Coffee Crisp and Dark Chocolate KitKat are nice!
Cadbury (milk) chocolate though is just pure creamy goodness with a not too sweet taste that blends rather than fight with the other ingredients in a bar. Its the only brand I would gladly pay to eat a plain ol' milk chocolate bar too.
My favorite right now is the Cadbury Fruits & Nuts. Sadly Cadbury stopped producing their Peanut Butter bar (100 times better than those nasty Reese's Cup), which was my favorite candy bar EVER.
I'm also really big on their Caramilk Thick and Wunderbar and I've come to really appreciate the Crunchie.
In the more fancy department I'm a big fan of Ritter Sport's dark chocolate and marzipan and Cote D'Or's Truffle and Coconut single bars.
Oh and Butterfinger? Worst bar ever...at least after Nestle's 'Big Turk', that thing is NASTY!!!

For regular candy bars I'd have to say either Abba Zaba or Fast Break.
But when it comes to chocolate my favorite is Michel Cluizel Chocolat Grand Amer
85% Cocoa bar. Theo Chocolate is good too, though...hmmm. Chocolate...

I really like Lindt chocolate. Especially the darker types of chocolate they do, such powerful flavour and an almost dusty kind of gorgeousness.
If you want to try something completely unique and amazing:
Lindt Excellence Chili:

They have a heat that really creeps up on you.
I also really like those Riesen things, but they aren't really a bar, more a pack of several...

Depends. From a couple of hours to overnight or a week. On the hot sumer days, they are good and I find that the caramel is more "caramelly" after it's been cold.

Milky Way I never was a fan of. But Heath I only usually come across during Halloween when there is a diversity of candy available.
Years ago, they had a special edition Hershey's Kiss with toffee inside. That was the best bag of candy that I had in a while.

EEEEWWWW...
I'm so glad those things aren't sold around here anymore (that I know of). That thing was just so overly sweet.
Ya know Americans like their food sweeter or saltier than Canadians? We don't get a bunch of products here because it would be too expensive to make us a special receipe to fit our taste and it just wouldn't sell as-is.

maybe you might need to eat them in small portions and slowly :( I have a similar issue with boba. I only have one once every few months. It might be the caffeine in the slush/tea. All I know is that it makes me very unproductive.
Anyways, I have a Hershey's special dark chocolate bar. Is it generic? yes. Is it considered a high percentage of cocoa w/natural extracts to enhance the flavor and surprise me? no. But, I can't drop $30 on chocolate, so this $1 bar is in fact very satisfactory. ^_^

What was in a Cadbury Fuse?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadbury%27s_Fuse
Fuse was a chocolate bar produced by Cadbury Schweppes in the UK. The product was unusual for being a solid bar of chocolate containing suspended within it nuts, raisins, crisp cereal and fudge pieces rather than having these ingredients simply coated with chocolate.
They were quite nice. I didn't notice them disappear though, oops.
You haven't seen Mars Bars in a while?! oO
Its not like they stopped making them! Heck there's a dark and all caramel version now!
Weird.
They did a limited edition "dark and light" mars bar a few years ago, where the chocolate coating was dark chocolate, the nougat was white fluffy stuff (nearer milky way), and they were very nice, though a little too sweet (which is my complaint about Mars bars in general).
Not to do with Mars... I like Toffee Crisp and Lion bars too... and Picnic, and Dime bars (though the mini ones are better). Topic is ok, I like hazlenuts.
Toblerones are godly but the bits get stuck in your teeth (super-bad outcome! your eat will rot away!) and one of the super giant bars eventually made me a bit sick so I haven't had any for a long while.
