Well guess who's out of work for a week or more? ME!<_< The reason why I named this thread is because the boy genius I'm referring to is the stupid weeaboo in my work who is probably a damn pedo tossing a chemical soaked rag into the wrong garbage can which holds chemical soaked rags of a different chemical. And - you guessed it - within one minute the whole thing lit up like ****ing Krakatoa and started burning up stuff around it like no tomorrow. There was some Magnesium close by too!:eek:However everyone in work thought quickly and grabbed chemical fire extinguishers and put it out, the fire alarm was tripped and water shot everywhere, the fire department got called and the fire was put out soon thanks to a few fire trucks being nearby from a big pile up accident a few blocks away. However there was an assload of things that were yet to be shipped burned, some of them expensive as hell, and one of the bosses offices almost caught on fire.

So yea, right after I win a bunch of money in Vegas my work almost burns down. It's gonna cost a ton of money to repair the damage, a large amount of expensive things yet to be shipped out of the warehouse were destroyed which will cause hell with insurance, and now I'm gonna be out of a couple paychecks! HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND THAT CERTAIN CHEMICALS DON'T ****ING MIX!?!!?!?!!?:$%&#!::$%&#!::$%&#!:

The only thing good about this is that the Japanophile is gonna be gone. I hope the owner of the shipping company compensates our pay a little, he's a nice guy but I don't know about this situation.

A shipping and receiving warehouse. The chemicals are used for cleaning things. Plus there are other things like Natural Gas powered forklifts (thankfully one of THOSE weren't near the fire.:eek: )so there's no exhaust from anything gasoline powered, and the parts on those need to be lubricated so that's another chemical. There's a good amount of caustic and flammable things there.

But the pay is fantastic.:D

Next week we were supposed to be getting a couple of robots that move around sensing signals from the floor. Damn.<_<

Hey, I'm good at my job and since I started last fall I'm earning almost $5 more an hour than what I earned when I started (it's now close to $15/hr).

However the one thing that irks me about this job is that my boss has 2 daughters and they are FIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNEEE. And going after you're bosses daughter is a very, very bad idea.

I gotta make a few phone calls later and find out if my pay is gonna be compensated or not.:mad:
