I actually tried joining the USAF (and army). 83 ASVAB. wanted to go security force, or special forces. Wanted to do EOD in army, but i am color blind.
We decided that I wouldnt be able to get by MEPS though due to my various problems.

i see yeah i trained with a special forces guy before i went to basic.

hard to the core ppl >.< the endless amount of running, swimming, push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, pull ups, and throwing up from heat exhaustion

I didnt want to do regular infantry, and the more "technical" and "Mechanical" jobs bored me, besides gunsmith.
As you can tell by my name, I enjoy firearms. So I still wanted to do something that I could play with them.

hmmm you never know if the tech stuff is boring though... i come home everyday covered in aircraft grease, hydraulic fluid, jp-8, and tired as hell man. avionics is just as good being a mechanic. if you like armory then marine corps is known for that stuff.
