You know what video of his always creeped me out? the one when he's in the forest and the kids are in the sky on boats like peter-pan or something.
I don't believe in the allegations or anything, but if there was a die-hard MJ hater that felt he had to prove that he was a child groper, All they had to do was show that video and that'd pretty much a, "Well, would you look at that", moment.

I just thought I'd come in and say Blood on the Dance Floor is a really good song. I actually thought it was made in the 80s until I found out it was put out in 1997

I just want to say that Michael Jackson was a kid at heart and had the mind of a child. All those allegations were totally false. He might have been in bed with children, but it wasn't anything sexual. He was robbed of a childhood so he tried to live like a child as an adult. The media just wanted to make money by making false claims. He really is one of a kind. There will be no one like him in the history of mankind ever again. I'm just so sad to see a person with the most gentle heart to have gone through all that stress. At least now he is resting in peace and out of this sick world. I will miss him.
And by the way, why isn't there a topic about Michael Jackson's influence in Japanese fashion in anime. I think he started all that belts and buckles craze. Look at Kira Yamato and Squall Leonhart for example.

I know some of you all hate my a** right now but for the record, I never really believe those allegations.
Wackjob? Hell yea...especially after watching the Bashir interview years ago
Pedophile? No. Too obvious that the family was after money
Pfftt.. Money is the reason he was not put away, he could afford to pay off those who needed to be paid off and muscle those who did not. Any one else would be in jail or on a list.

If he'd been put in jail, he'd probably still be alive...

No he wouldn't. Jacko probably wouldn't have lasted a week in the big house.

Children were in his heart - and his bed.
I'm over this media hype. Is he buried yet?

It's so heartbreaking to know that the POP King has passed.
People are saying that he was killed but if they would just think about it, he WAS 50 years old. A lot of famous people have been dying this year but most of them were old. We are just going to have to accept the fact that there might be more deaths because of how much older the icons and famous actors are now.
He made many fans and many enemies for many reasons but I will always remember him and his amazing music. R.I.P Michael Jackson. :'(

That depends on where you live and what is the avarage life expectancy. For example, I wouldn't want to be a Russian guy. Vodka takes it's toll.

50 is too young to be dying like that. It was most likely drug-related. Probably having to do with that stuff he was taking to help him sleep. Lack of sleep alone can cause heart problems.

If he had a gentle heart, why did he hang his own child off a balcony?

You speak as if he had some sort of malicious intent. It was a bad mistake on his part that he did admit to not being happy about afterward. Let's now condemn all those parents who toss their babies up and down expecting to catch them every time. They must be horrible people.

I watched it. It was really nice. I like how it wasn't really Michael "worship," but rather celebration of his accomplishments and what was possible through them. The crowd was really respectful, and there was no monkey business. So good stuff.

Yeah I watched it today. I defently shed some tears. It was truly moving and the way he should be remembered for. Epically all the music celberties that honored hims with his songs. Just truly heart touching.
Again heres to the king of pop. A one of kind entertainer . I 'll truly miss him and time to time like Brooke Shields asked the public..I'll look up in the clouds and smile for him.

I personally never believe those allegations either; however the allegations are what ruined his Career/Image and it’s too bad! He was a revolutionary musician that died too young...and he will be missed! :'(
I did watch some of his memorial today…it was sad especially when his daughter started speaking.
May Michael Jackson Rest In Peace!
Currently, I’m watching some of his music videos that are n TV.
My favorite songs from him are:
Thriller
Billie Jean
Dirty Diana
Don't Stop Till You get Enough
Beat it
Bad
Haro!

I caught bits and pieces of the memorial. Is it me, we did have a crappy TV at the job, or was Ryohei Yamamoto there? In the We Are the World crowd.

I was actually surprised at how well organized and classy the whole thing was.
I started crying when his daughter spoke. That part hit me. I was sleeping a little after the Heal the World performance, and when she spoke, it woke right out of my sleep...
So sad..

And I watched and recorded the memorial. I loved it.
Man, how many goosebumps can you get? I had a lot of them when I was watching. D;
The part when all lights were out of dim, the music on, and then a spotlight on the mic. That was major goosebumps and MAJOR crying. My tears were pouring!
And his daughter Paris. D;

i saw a little bit on my lunch break at work, i seen Mariah singing, made me feel a little sad, but u cant show it in a factory full of blokes, lol.
I think they gonna replay it later.
One thing that really confuses me!;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0dOdHG2wfg
This clip was from his last ever concert, yet when they play the concert on t.v(yes, the SAME concert), Michael sings this song solo and theres a differant(hot) girl strutting around the stage, instead of him singing it with Britney.
Now, i remeber this was something to do with record lable politics, but i dont get how it was teh same concert, same crowd(yeah the exact same crowd doing the exact same things), so was britney actually at the concert or what???
I see they may have done editing, but they both look and sound genuine??? confusing.

The only thing I don't like is that there a bunch of random nobodies coming out of the woodworks to act like they cared about MJ. People always do this when other people die to gain some respect/popularity from the media and from the mainstream to help boost their career. One of the speeches on the news was pretty much "I got into the music industry because of MJ, and not because of the money". How can you say that with a straight face. HOW!
Haro!

Maybe I'm lame. But I thought it was awesome and necessary for Lionel Richie to be there.

Yeah mate, ppl are sad. Ppl are fake. So many ppl turned their back on him, so many now who didnt care now(act like they) do. I mean his own father has used this oppertunity to promote his record lable....
But having said all that, i think for alot of us there is guilt and regret, but that aside, i think its an example of not realiseing how much we loved something until we lost it...
MJ wasnt cool once i got past a certain age, i was into rock an hip hop, not pop, but MJ really is tha shiznit. Todays music SUX.
This is a michael song that i never had heard until after his death, i've fallen in love with it.

I didn't see any of the memorial (not that bothered / don't own a TV), but someone sent me a youtube link to see the performance of a 12 year old boy called Shaheen Jafargholi singing, and he was pretty good.
I'm listening to some Quincy Jones stuff this morning, the guy truly is a genius.

I didn't see the memorial... I might watch it on youtube or something.
I hate when people assume that children grow up with their heads in the sand, feeding off of whatever current trends the media throws at them, never possibly knowing about things that happen 'before their time'.
Most kids ARE like that.
