View Full Version : Kakashi Gaiden... finally animated? o_O

Just checked out ANN's episode list for Shippuuden and it has eps 119 and 120 being Kakashi Gaiden. I know that ANN has user submitted data, so I'm leary on this. Going by the proceeding ep titles though, this seems like a strange place to put it. Actually, maybe not, it would be a little break after the formation of 'Hebi', but before the next 'major event'.

Yeah, it's been confirmed by multiple sources, from what I've heard. Also, KG would also coincide with the upcoming movie focusing on Kakashi, since they're both airing about the same time, with KG being aired first.

That's good. The only thing to look forward to is the Sasuke vs Itachi fight, only because Orochimaru pops up for a few seconds. After that... the manga hasn't even done something cool. But with Anko and others searching for Kabuto, things might pick back up.

He's the best character in the show by far imo. I seem to be the only person on this site who thinks that he's an interesting character. To me, that's as odd as you guys find my interest in him to be.

He's like the primary catalyst for so many cool things that happen on the show. Most fights that are good either directly involve him (forest of death, Kyuubi vs Orochimaru, Sarutobi vs 1st & 2nd Hokage and Orochimaru, Orochimaru vs Tsunade and Jaraiya), are because of his actions (Naruto vs Sasuke and all of the battles involving the sound Ninja) or are made alot better because of abilities he gave someone (Sasuke vs Sai/Yamato/Naruto/Sakura, Sasuke vs Deidara, Sasuke vs Itachi).

Despite all of that people on this site act like he's a 8th string character that serves no purpose and has never done anything worthwhile in the series.

I mean following that Logic I suppose Danzo is an amazing character as well.

Yeah Orochimaru is a decent character...but he's a behind the scenes character mostly.

Don't worry. I'm not knocking on you liking Orochimaru, since I'm used to the various character fanbases, I was just knocking the fan-wanking.:P
