I have a Final Fantasy symphony CD. It is called 1011010 or something like that. It is pretty good, but probably nothing compared to seeing it in real life, you know.

@mooseegg1982: I highly recommend that you go. Mr. Nobuo Uematsu might pull a fast one and make an appearance on stage.
The name of the current Final Fantasy Concert Tour is... Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy (Official Site (http://www.ffdistantworlds.com/))
Edit:
The Dallas venue looks nice and looks like they plan to perform The Man with the Machine Gun FF VIII
We're introducing new songs every chance we get. We will be performing another classic Final Fantasy score in June: The Man With the Machine Gun! We plan on premiering this piece at the Detroit Symphony concert on June 18, and performing this new score in Dallas and Baltimore.
End of edit.
@Jia: Yes they do but the only way to get it is off of Amazon
(I apologize if this is against the rules)

I've been to two in person and watched 3 or 4 via Youtube:P.
If you end up really enjoying the experience at the one you're attending then you may also enjoy some of the other Video Game Music Concert events that are currently touring the world.
1) Video Games Live (http://www.videogameslive.com/index.php?s=home) - Conductor is Mr Jack Wall and Mr. Tommy Tallarico would be the MC I guess. They perform FF songs but various titles from Nintendo, Konami, Sega etc. The main difference between this and Play is that they add a light show and encourage cosplay at the event.
Youtube Video of Music from Metroid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-HKM532SPo)
2) Play! A Video Game Symphony (http://www.play-symphony.com/)- Cunductor is Mr. Arnie Roth, same conductor as the Final Fantasy Concert tours. This one is more straightforward, no light effects, no cosplay events. Just sit back and enjoy the music performed by your local Symphony Orchestra :)

The set list won't be exactly the same for each show, and for each tour. In order to keep it fresh, and the song sheets get re-arranged from time to time.
Im going this June. :D
im so excited.
I hope you have a great time as well:D

Ohh they might have had that a year or two ago. I heard one of the FF concerts was pretty damn good.
Haro!

There have been quite a few over the years for Final Fantasy concerts alone
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tour_de_Japon
20020220: Final Fantasy Orchestra Concert
More Friends:Music from Final Fantasy
Distant Worlds:Music from Final Fantasy
Not sure if Dear Friends:Music from Final Fantasy ever got a CD release though.
As for the other concert tours:
Video Games Live has released "Greatest Hits Volume 1" (see their website or Amazon) I highly recommend this CD as the quality is there and the track selection is quite good.
I read on the VGL forum that It's highly unlikely that we''l see Nintendo, Sega and Square-Enix songs on the same CD, since one or two of the companies don't want to be on the same CD together:(. I'm hoping that These VG concerts like Video Games Live and Play! A Video Game Symphony help change their minds:)
Play! A Video Game Symphony also released a CD/DVD (See Amazon) but I can't recommended it due to quality Control issues.
And for those interested in seeing an entire video recording on youtube type in Tour de Japon into the search box:D

I just thought of something. They really need to perform Red Wings from Final Fantasy IV (Ending theme version)
It's already been done in Japan way back in 1991 by the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra
