I checked by searching using each of the Japanese terms plus both "BBW" and "SSBW" in Google, and Hokage Izlude is correct—all of them turned up results, so I added them.

Lieri Bishop from Kangoku Senkan has a bit of meat on her lol, Teruaki Murakami really over did her design in episode 4 and no i'm not talking about when she's got ropes tied around her legs but she literally looks different and a little bit bigger than what she appeared to look like in the previous epsiodes. She's definitely not huge nor obese but in certain camera shot angles in good'ol Murakami fashion you can definitely see it, especially in episode 4. I gotta say though Lieri and Naomi look completely different in their animated forms than what they look like in the Prison Battleship game.

At least one source states that there is pregnancy in Kangoku Senkan episode 4, which may be the cause of the change in the character's design.
