Before i start i made sure it was ok with the Mod if I could talk about em. Also for text reasons i'll post a seperate post for each one.
This is my review and opinion of the How to Draw Hentai book series published in San Antonio TX for any artist that is curious to check em out.Yet basicly its gonna be mostly opinion thoughts on them. Theres 4 of them at the moment.

I gotta say its pretty difficult to find a book series that teaches you to draw hentai. Unfortutly to my knowledge..this is all you have in the book department printed in the US.
Keep this in mind this book was the first in its series and i gotta say for the first impressions book..its not looking very good .
I do like the disclaimer warning. It defently tells you right off the bat what your about to get into. Now on with the book.
For starts the quality of the artwork in all of these HTDH books is below par to stuff you see in even regular manga and hentais. Just terriable. Its done by the makers that brought you the how to draw manga series(no not the big ones that cost 20.00. I'm talking about the ones done by ben dunn. )
This is what you get in vol 1:
- A story about golddy locks and the 3 bears(yes you did read that right. :( )
- An explination about hentai information that you could easly find on the net.
- Some random images yet NO explination how to draw em.
In my honest opinion this book doesn't teach you much..but for the fact it is a cheap book you are indeed sadly getting what you pay for..just dirt cheap garbage. AVOID IT!!

If i could ask for my money back when it comes to vol. 2..I WOULD!! Trust me its that bad! Its real BAD!
So what do you get in Vol 2:
- More then 1/2 of this book is a story about Ninja Girls.
- Tips on stories and ideas you could try for a story.
- Again showing some images yet not showing you how to draw.
Thats it! Thats all you get out of a 32 page book! I kid you not! There is nothing and i do repeat NOTHING that teaches you how to draw hentai. I thought i was paying to learn to draw it! Not see some examples of it! After the title says it..How to Draw!
This book is nothing but a disastor! I'll go even futher by taking a quote out of one of my favorite video game reviewers on the web.."AVOID IT LIKE THE FREEKING PLAUGE!! " Trust me do not buy this book. Its a piece of trash and how it got published still baffles my mind. .. Sigh

Now THIS IS MORE LIKE IT!!
This i can happily say is perhapes the 1st very useful book in this series.
Whats in this book..i dont need to summerize it!
In this book you learn about bodies, styles, details and outfits! Some of it is a little how to draw but most of it will give you information you couldn't even get in the first 2 volumes!! I have to say this is the best HTDH book out of em all!
Again i did say the artwork isn't in par but if you put that to the side you will find this to be very useful. But thats just my opinion on it. :)

Thats the name of the title for this one. Yet i would i have to say if there going to continue the HTDH set this is a good follow up from vol. 3.
Theres not much how to draw in this one. Yet again this one DEFFENTLY has information and poses! 1 and 2 dont even do that in the information department. This one truly helped out. I guess in a ways this one is to make up for the waste of pages that 1 and 2 costed people.
Its a great book and if your looking to learn something this book isn't a dissapointment.

Again as i said when it comes to the art..its pretty trashy. Yet unfortunatly you gotta take what you can get. :( The books were cheap in price so fair enough.
All i can honestly say in opinion is don't learn to draw it the way this guy does because its too americian cartoony and its defently not the way i noticed hentai is done. The artist even says thats what they look like to him. As cartoons not anime characters. So untill something better comes along(sadly i don't see it happening) this is all you got.
Now i won't leave you empty handed either. Over the years ive been collecting the REAL how to draw manga series(the ones that ususaly cost 20.00 at a book store) and some lets draw manga books.
I really like these:
How to draw manga series:
Couples
Costume Encyclopedia Vols 1 and 2
Male Characters
Female Manga Characters
More About Pretty Gals
Bishoujo Around the World
Lets Draw Manga series:
Sexy Gals (this one is defently your next best choice to learn to draw them in a hentai like style. It has some sexy explict scenes. )
OH YES! One more thing: Theres a book called Eurotic Manga: How to draw like the experts. The book is very misleading! Do not and i repeat DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK unless your wanting it for visual referance. Because thats all you get and its a waste of 20.00+bucks. Beautiful artwork but again its not about looking..its about how to draw it!
Other then that i guess thats it. I know its a dirty sport but hey someones gotta have the guts to do it. I also have to say in honesty to try hentai..its defently not for the weak of heart but even if you don't like hentai the books i pointed out in the how to draw manga series are defently useful for just regular manga too. Hope my opinions help you'll out. Thanks again.

See Mile High Comics for covers; the "books" are comics published by Antarctic Press.
If you want to learn to draw hentai, you could do much worse than to start with these (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burne_Hogarth#Non-fiction).
