View Full Version : Questions about the Hentai title, "Depravity"

I'm thinking of purchasing the series, (I guess you would call it a "series", since there are 3 DVDs) Depravity. When I went looking for it, I found that the first and second DVDs were distributed by NuTech (which I know isn't distributing hentai anymore) and they are completely uncensored. However, the third DVD was released by a company called Fairy (I think). Could anyone help me by answering these questions:
1. Is the third DVD uncensored like the first and second?
2. Could anyone give me a link to Fairy's (or whoever released the third DVD) website (or just more information about the company)?
3. Does the series end with a cliffhanger, or are the questions that arise from the plot answered?
To anyone that can answer my questions: Thank You!

1. Yes, its uncensored.
3. No, it doesn't end on a cliffhanger.
Far be it from me to tell you what to and what not to buy, but if you want an honest opinion I suggest you avoid this title. The animation and character designs are somewhat decent but there’s an a considerable amount of looping/repeat animation. The plot is neither compelling or elaborate and the ending is unsatisfying and pretty horrible.

I didn't think the third episode was released in the US.

Requesting links to sites with explicit content is against the rules (http://www.animenation.net/forums/faq.php). Fairy Corp. of Alhambra, Calif. is a covert label of AVBOX/AV Box—do a Web search for my proof—and in any case I can't seem to find a Web site. "Ari Doll" (Alice Doll) and the third episode of Depravity are apparently their only anime releases, though they continue to release live action porn.

Oops, sorry DocWatson. I had no idea that Fairy released live action porn. Honestly, I thought that they were a new, unheard of, anime company.

My comment was not so much the LA porn (I too, was surprised, to find them still active). Think about it—if a company releases hentai, its Web site will almost certainly have explicit content.
As for "new", according to Mania.com's studio details for Fairy (http://www.mania.com/fairy_studio_129.html), Depravity episode 3 was released 28 April 2006, while Ari Doll was released 27 October 2006.

Oops (again). Yeah, I didn't think that through.
