Anybody here watch this show? I've been watching it on the Funi channel, and it seems decent enough. Nice animation and character designs, though the story doesn't make much sense. Reminds me somewhat of Noein, but with mecha....

I got about 20 episodes into it before I couldn't watch anymore. It wasn't bad...just utterly boring. Average CG, Bland and predictable characters and one of the lamest base commanders I've seen. It did however, have some excellent opening themes.

"Orgasm Mecha" (my title for it) is all right if you turn your brain off and are in the mood for something insanely ridiculous that you can't take seriously in the least. The show wasn't bad IMO, just really, really, really weird.

I watched it and Overman King Gainer because of Super Robot Wars Z, and I thought it was alright, but that might be because King Gainer was utter garbage that I wouldn't reccomend to anyone if they were being paid to watch it.

If Kawamori had gone all out with the over-the-top insanity that was already bleeding through it could have been Gurren Lagann before GL was even made.

I liked the base commander, but the show does have some wierdness to it. If the story was clearer, it would definitely be more enjoyable....

Its a good series. It has quite a few flaws (mostly in the plot), but overall its fun.
